Kearney child porn suspect pleads not guilty

KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - A Kearney man says he's not guilty of possession and distributing child pornography.

Jeremiah Warren, 38, is charged with two counts of distributing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. If convicted on all three counts, he could get up to 120 years in prison.

He's pleaded not guilty to the charges in Buffalo County District Court.

Police examined Warren's computer for evidence. They also ask that anyone from the public who may have more information contact the Kearney Police Department.

Warren's next court appearance will be next month.
