SCOTTS BLUFF COUNTY, Neb. - (KNEP) - After a lengthy investigation, a 67-year-old Gearnsey, Wyoming man is arrested for inappropriate contact with a 14-year-old.
According to court records, the victim says Larry Senteney touched and groped her multiple times including one occurrence happening at a movie theater in 2013. The victim told police what she recalled happening which varied from Senteney lifting up her clothes while drawing temporary tattoos on her to forcing her to touch him inappropriately.
The victim told police that during several other encounters in Wyoming that the suspect’s behavior continued.
Last month, the victim signed a medical release form to release the notes from her mental health provider. In the notes, it states on November 20th, 2017 the victim told the provider she was sexually assaulted.
In June, officers located a phone number for Senteney and spoke to him while he was at his home in Wyoming. He told officers he would be in Gering the following month and would reach out to them then. Officers never heard from Senteney and went to his house in Wyoming on July 25th.

The suspect denied having improper contact with the victim, but when asked if he thought the victim had a history of lying, Senteney said no, if she said it happened she believes it happened. He then asked the officers if he could tell the victim to forgive him and that we was sorry while saying Mea Culpa.
