HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Hastings High uses 10-run sixth inning to down Adams Central, 18-6. The top of the lineup delivered in that big sixth inning with Sammy Schmidt, Faith Molina, Delaney Mullen, Sophie Cerveny and Kaelan Schultz all driving in runs.

The Tigers did not score in only one inning. Mullen led the team with 4 RBI thanks to a grand slam. On the mound, Faith Molina went five innings giving up six runs on four hits. Peytin Hudson came in relief to pitch the final frame.

For Adams Central, their big inning came in the third off an error by the Tigers. Taylin Schernikau was roughed up in the circling going six innings giving up 18 runs on 13 hits.

The Tigers improve to 15-1 on the season while the Patriots drop to 14-6.
