Blue Hill Community Schools on two week mask mandate
HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Blue Hill Community Schools announced over the weekend that they would be requiring a mask mandate in effect immediately, following the schools first positive COVID-19 case.
The administration posted this statement to their Facebook Page on Sunday, “We have our first positive test for COVID-19. As a result, beginning Monday, October 12, Blue Hill Community Schools will require all students and staff members to wear masks while at school. This is a two-week mandate (until October 26), after which the school administration will reevaluate the situation weekly in determining whether the mask mandate will continue. If students do not have a mask, the school will provide them with a cloth mask.”
