Hartmann wins Hastings City Council Ward 4 seat

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Hastings City Council picked up another new face when Shawn Hartmann beat Robin Vodehnal .
The vote was 836 for Vodehnal and 1,218 Hartmann.
The member will represent Ward 4 on the council.
