Huffaker wins Hastings City Council Ward 3

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Joy Huffaker will join the Hastings City Council in December. The Hastings Businesswoman won the race against Willis Hunt to represent Ward 3 on the council by 978 votes. She will replace incumbent Paul Hamelink who was defeated in the primary.
