GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - Grand Island Police are asking whoever may have information on a possible abduction over the weekend to bring it to them.

Witnesses said it happened Friday about 5:30 p.m. in the area of East 4th and Lambert Streets. Two men were seen getting out of a white pickup truck that one witness said was likely a late 2000′s Chevy. The pair then hit the unknown victim, both with their hands and a blunt object.

The two then reportedly forced the victim into the truck apparently against his will. Police said they recovered evidence from the scene that would indicate there had been an assault. However no one has been reported missing, so they don’t know who the victim might be. That’s why they are asking anyone with information, or who might have video from that area, to reach out to them.
