KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - Kearney Police have arrested two teens in connection with an armed robbery of a 14-year-old boy.

Around 4:22 p.m. Friday, officers were called to the area of the 1400 block of 16th Avenue to investigate an armed robbery. Following a traffic stop, three male subjects were detained.

Police arrested 18-year-old Caleb McKeon for robbery, use of a firearm to commit a felony, terroristic threats, distribution of a controlled substance and prohibited acts. A 17-year-old was also arrested for robbery and terroristic threats.

Both are being held at the Buffalo County Jail.

This case remains under investigation by the Kearney Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau.
