Kearney snaps 5-game losing streak with a win over Lincoln Northeast

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Kearney Bearcats found themselves down early in Monday night’s game.
It wasn’t until the 3rd inning that the Bearcats showed some offensive firepower. Cale Conrad drove home 2 Bearcats with a hot shot that was booted by Lincoln Northeast’s 2nd baseman, and Kearney was on the board.
The Bearcats tied it in the 5th, then ran away with the game as Brayden Andersen hit a 2-run home run to give Kearney a 10-5 lead.
