Students getting vaccinated at Hastings College

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - More than 270 Hastings College students are receiving their COVID-19 vaccine on campus Wednesday thanks to the South Heartland District Health Department.
The single-dose (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine is being given in Kiewit Gymnasium until about 6 p.m.
Other students, such as resident assistants, were part of an early campus vaccination plan, and had already started a two-shot regimen.
Additional students signed up last week via local pharmacies to be vaccinated.
