HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Hastings College baseball was swept at home by 22nd-ranked Concordia. The losses drop the Broncos to eighth in the GPAC with a 10-16 conference record. The top eight teams in the conference advance to the GPAC Tournament.

In game one, Jake Fosgett dominated the Broncos line-up tossing a complete game shutout as the Bulldogs won 3-0.

In game two, Hastings College did not waste time scoring three-runs in the first inning off Julio Sanchez’s 2-RBI double and Tino Zach’s RBI single off an error by Concordia. It was short-lived as the Bulldog bats woke up and they went on to win, 11-6.

The Broncos are home tomorrow for their regular season finale hosting Northwestern College in a doubleheader. If the Broncos win both games, they will advance to the GPAC tournament.
