HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Tri-City Storm and Fargo Force went back and forth at the Viaero Center Saturday night, as Tri-City tried to clinch a spot in the Western Conference Finals.

Storm went up 1-0 early in the first period on a deflection from Matthew Knies, but the Force answered back with a goal by Cody Monds to tie it.

That’s how the game would go as Gavin Brindley, Conner Hutchison, and Drew Montgomery would also find the back of the net, only for a Fargo player to tie it up.

Knotted up at 4-4, the game headed to overtime, where Fargo wins it off a goal by Cody Monds.

Game three will be held tomorrow at 4:05pm at the Viaero Center, with the winner heading onward to the Western Conference Finals.
