HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Hastings Five Points Bank Chiefs split its home doubleheader with Lincoln Southeast J.C. Brager. In game one, sound pitching and solid defense led to the Chiefs holding on for a walk-off win off a wild pitch, 3-2.

Creighton Jacobitz nearly pitched a complete game going 6.2 innings giving up one earned run.

In game two, Hastings had nine hits but left 11 runners on base as they lost, 4-1. The Chiefs record sits at 21-9 after the doubleheader.

They travel to Papillion-La Vista South on July 3rd. First pitch at 11 a.m.
