HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - It was all about offense out at Memorial Field in Kearney tonight, as the East All-Stars took on the West-All-Stars in the Mid-Nebraska Baseball League All Star Game.

The first batter of the game was Broken Bow’s Blake Densen, and he would put the West on top 1-0, with a solo home run to left field.

The East would fire back in the bottom of the inning though. Following a leadoff triple by PWG’s Ty Nekoliczak, Central City’s Jackson McGinnis roped a single into center field to make it 2-1 West.

McGinnis’s teammate, Tres Gonsior, would tie the game up at 2 with a double down the left field line a few batters later, and the East All-Stars would dominate the rest of the way, winning 16-5.
