HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - After a beautiful Sunday afternoon and evening skies will remain clear overnight with light southwest winds around 5 mph. Overnight lows will be quite cool with lows in the low 50′s west and mid to upper 50′s across the rest of the state.

Labor Day is shaping up to be a great day for grilling, going to the lake or just hanging out in the backyard. It will be warmer tomorrow with highs climbing into the upper 80′s east and low to mid 90′s across the rest of the state. There will be plenty of sunshine and dry conditions for your Labor Day. After a hot afternoon tomorrow we will see overnight lows cool off into the low to mid 60′s except out west where temperatures will be cooler in the mid 50′s.

A cold front will pass through the region Tuesday morning. This will be a dry front so not expecting any rain Tuesday just a few clouds. Temperatures will be cooler for Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the upper 70′s. Temperatures will climb from the middle of the week on with highs in the low 80′s Thursday and mid 80′s Friday and Saturday. Things appear they will be dry for the entire week with lots of sunshine.
