HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - After a tough 2020 season that saw the Tigers go 9-12, the Hastings High boys basketball team is roaring back with a vengeance in 2021.

After a stellar offseason workout program, head coach Drew Danielson and his players are fired up to take the hardwood, and represent their city with pride.

“We’ve got a group of guys that’s gonna fight and work hard every single day,” said Danielson. “They’re gonna represent this community the right way. They’re gonna give it their all, and really we’re gonna be a really strong, closeknit group of guys that’s just gonna play hard and battle each and every night.”

“We’re gonna go harder every day in practice,” said junior point guard Aaron Nonneman. “We’re gonna push each other to our limits to see what we can and can’t do. Put stuff together, make some adjustments, do whatever we can.”

The Tigers’ first non-district game is against Crete on December 3rd.
