UPDATE: Recognition at Women’s Basketball game honors Nebraska Volleyball Team

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) -The Nebraska Volleyball Team made the trip back to Lincoln just in time to be honored at Sunday’s women’s basketball game.

The Big Red ended an incredible run last night as the runner-up in the NCAA tournament falling three sets to two to the Wisconsin Badgers.

Husker Nation welcomed the Huskers back with a standing ovation at half-time inside Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Nebraska Women’s Basketball Team, who got the win, credited Husker Volleyball for their inspirational season.
