LEXINGTON, Neb. (KSNB) - Fire crews rescued a woman from a fire late Thursday morning.
Her condition is still unknown, but she was taken to the Lexington Regional Health center. Chief Deputy Greg Gilg of the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office told Local4 that the fire call came in just before 12 p.m. Thursday at 506 Oregon Trail.
Gilg said the fire was extinguished quickly and that crews were already heading back to the station about an hour after the fire call.
The State Fire Marshal’s office is now investigating the cause of the fire.
