Nothing suspicious located following bomb threat at Hall County Courthouse

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - The Hall County Sheriff’s Office responded to a bomb threat at the Hall County Courthouse Wednesday morning.

Just before 10:45 a.m., the sheriff’s office was notified of the threat. Deputies responded to the courthouse and evacuated the building. Multiple law enforcement and the Grand Island Fire Department were on scene.

The sheriff’s office alerted the public through its social media channels to avoid the area of 1st and Locust as they investigated.

During a search of the building, nothing suspicious was located. This investigation is ongoing.
