Another round of snow is expected to develop in the northern part of the state and drop south into the Tri-Cities area during the late evening hours of Friday. Accumulations are expected to be minimal but with the wind speeds being what they are, visibility could be reduced by blowing snow, especially in rural areas. For the remainder of tonight, Eastern Nebraska will continue to be the focus of more impactful snow totals, though moderate in the 1-3″ range from the Lincoln area east, with the heavy snow along the Missouri River into the Iowa side of the line.
