KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - The Tri-City Storm were slated to play three games in three days from Friday-Sunday, but the second of that trio against the Fargo Force was postponed on Saturday due to USHL health and safety protocols.

Fargo had COVID-19 issues within its program leading to the No Contest, per a Storm source. Now, the Storm will play Omaha on the road at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday.

Tri-City and the Force played against one another on Friday night, with the Storm coming out victorious 3-0. In that game, Fargo had only three traditional defenseman available in the lineup, with two forwards filling in to give them five for the game.

The USHL is working with both teams to reschedule the game, which was slated to be Concrete Cares night in Kearney.
