Growing customer base helps Hastings Medi Spa expand into new location

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - A long-time Hastings medical spa is now calling a new space home, and it’s all thanks to their growing customer base.

Essence Med Spa has been located inside Hastings Medical Park for years now.

Prior to their new location, the spa shared the same space with Obstetricians & Gynecologists, P.C. But since February Essences has been enjoying their own stand-alone space inside the Medical Park building.

It’s something they were looking to do for quite some time as they’d outgrown their previous location.

“We now have much more space. We had three rooms upstairs to work with before. And as we’ve added more estheticians and injectors we outgrew and we needed more space,” said NP, Andrea Curtis with Essence Med Spa.

Curtis and her team attribute the need for more space to the fast growing demand of medical spa treatments, particularly in recent years.

“We have started to see patients of all different ages and genders. And that’s really nice that there’s starting to be less of a stigma about taking good care of your skin. Aging is going to happen but we have tools that can help you fight it,” said RN and injector for Essence, Jesse Kirkpatrick.

They believe staying top of the latest trainings and newest procedures has also helped in growing the business.

Essence Med Spa also has a Grand Island location as well, and both sites will soon start offering more treatment options in the coming months.
