Hastings Fire to hold final stakeholders meeting
HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Hastings Fire and Rescue department is holding their final stakeholders meeting Thursday night, that will allow the public to give feedback on different things for the department.
There has already been three meetings, with solid turnout from the community.
“We have had some turnout, and we’re pretty happy with the input that they’ve had,” said Assistant Fire Chief Troy Vorderstrasse. “What we’re seeing is they’re happy with some of the services we’re giving, and the standards that we’re meeting. That’s the purpose of the stakeholders is to find out what services do you want. Are we meeting your expectations?”
The meeting will be held at Alcott Elementary School at 7 p.m.
