Northwest softball’s Laurent signs with Pittsburg State

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - Northwest High held a National Signing Day ceremony for softball player Ava Laurent Wednesday.
Laurent signed a National Letter of Intent with Pittsburg State.
“Ever since the day that I did commit a lot of things to them, I think I have lived up to it and I’m super excited to continue to live up to that,” Laurent said. “The first time I went there the biggest thing I fell in love with was the coaches. The MIAA is a huge conference for DII and I’m super excited to show my talents in that conference.”
