New details coming out about the death of Said Farah
GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - Witness statements carried on in the Donald Anthony murder trial on Wednesday. In the morning portion, the doctor who performed the autopsy on said Farah’s body testified before the court.
She said that four substances were found in the victim’s body including meth and caffeine.
Although she could not say when those substances enter Farah’s body she could only see traces of them. During Tuesday’s witness statements, the court heard from a lady who knew Farah, and she told to the court he had been acting out of his norm the night before his death.
After the lunch break, the court came back into session where they heard testimony from the woman who was in a relationship with Donald Anthony at the time. She gave insight into the morning of February 15, as she was with Donald for most the day prior and all of that morning.
She said Farah had made some comments to Donald that he didn’t like when they arrive at the apartment building. According to her the pair knocked on a door in the apartment, then after Donald started to take off his sweater and fight Farah.
Donald’s ex-girlfriend said she told Donald to leave and they made their way to a friend’s apartment. Donald’s girlfriend also said she never saw Donald cut Said Farah during the course of the fight.
