Hastings’ Douglas named NSIAAA District IV Athletic Director of the Year

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Nebraska State Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association named its 2023 Spring Awards Banquet recipients Tuesday.
Hastings Senior High Activities Director Tracy Douglas won AD of the Year honors for District IV. Grand Island Senior High’s Chris Ladwig was also named NSIAAA Assistant Athletic Director of Year for the entire state.

District I AD of Year: Brad McMillan - Waverly HS
District II AD of Year: Jeremy Van Ackeren - Papillion LaVista South HS
District III AD of Year: Jared Hansmeyer - Ainsworth HS
District IV AD of Year: Tracy Douglas - Hastings HS
District V AD of Year: Les Roggenkamp - Southwest HS
District VI AD of Year: Barry Swisher - Sioux County
HSNSIAAA Award of High Distinction: Jay Bellar - NSAA Executive Director
NSIAAA Meritorious Service:
