Maywood-Hayes Center wins battle of the Wolves, earns spot at State

MAYWOOD, Neb. (KSNB) - The ‘Battle of the Wolves’ leans west in 2023 as Maywood-Hayes Center pulled away for a 50-31 win over Loomis Tuesday night to claim a district title. Hayden Kramer and Kyler Cox helped key MHC to the dominating win.
Now, the #2-seeded Wolves will see if they keep that seed with the Class D1 Boys State Basketball Tournament tips off next week.
