Kimberly game-winner pushes Patriots to first state girls basketball title game since 1995

LINCOLN, Neb. (KSNB) - The semifinal round of the Class C1 state girls basketball tournament began in Lincoln Friday. No. 3 Adams Central took on No. 2 Bridgeport.

The Bulldogs entered the game as the only undefeated team in the state tournament, but the Patriots forced overtime and got a game-winning three from Kadi Kimberly to earn a 47-44 victory and punch their ticket to the state championship for the first time since 1995.
