Holdrege’s Bradie Medina soars to pole vault gold

OMAHA, Neb. (KSNB) - It was a special day for Holdrege’s Bradie Medina in Omaha.
She etched her name into Nebraska Track & Field history as she soared to a Class B title in the girls pole vault with a vault of 11′6″ for the crown.
“It’s extremely special,” Medina said. “This was my last goal before I graduated high school, so I’m glad I got to achieve it here. I’ve been waiting to do this all season. I had a rocky start, but I’m glad I got to finish it here.”
