Hastings softball de-thrones reigning Class B state champs in season-opener

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - Hastings High softball started the new season with a bang Thursday, hitting the road to play reigning Class B state champion Grand Island Northwest.
In the Tigers’ first game with Blake Marquardt at the helm, they beat the Vikings 7-6.
