Kearney softball begins Stutzman era with season-opening doubleheader split

KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - Kearney High softball began its new season, the beginning of the Steve Stutzman era for the program, by hosting Lincoln Pius X for a doubleheader Thursday.
The Bearcats won the first game 10-2, before conceding the second 13-1 to split the doubleheader.
