Grand Island volleyball steals set, falls in season-opener at Lincoln East

LINCOLN, Neb. (KSNB) - The 2023 high school volleyball season began in Nebraska Thursday. In Class A, Grand Island traveled to face Lincoln East.
Led by recent UNLV commit Tia Traudt, the Islanders won set two in the match, but lost the season-opener 3-1 to the Spartans.
