MONA in Kearney offers hands-on workshops for adults

KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - The Museum of Nebraska Art (MONA) in Kearney is offering hands-on workshops for adults. The workshops allow participants to try out various mediums of art.

Wednesday, September 27, 2023: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. / Balloon Flower Painting, Acrylic Painting on Watercolor Paper
Wednesday, October 25, 2023: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 3D Needle Felting
Wednesday, November 29, 2023: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. / Alcohol Ink Paintings

The location for these events will be at the Trails and Rails Museum in Kearney. The cost per class will be $25 for MONA members and $30 for nonmembers. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
