HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Today will be a touch warmer and slightly stronger winds with similar conditions to yesterday. Highs will reach the mid to upper 70s, although a few lower 80s will be possible east. Winds will be out of the south at 5 to 15 mph with the highest winds further west. Tonight will be a little milder with lows into the low to mid 50s. Thursday will again be slightly breezy. There will be a few more clouds around in advance of a cold front that will bring our the next chance of rain. Highs will reach the mid to upper 70s and lower 80s again. Out west, we may start to see some rain later in the afternoon. That rain will slowly spread east Thursday night into Friday. Most of us will see rain on Friday and it could be a nice little soaker of a day with some folks picking up between a quarter to a half inch of rain. High temperatures will be cooler Friday with the rain as highs struggle to find the upper 60s and lower 70s. The rain will move on out Friday night with sunshine returning for the weekend. Highs on Saturday will be back up in the mid to upper 70s and lower 80s. It’ll warm up a bit more going into next week. By Sunday, we’ll see highs in the upper 70s and low to mid 80s. Highs will mostly be in the low to mid 80s on Monday and Tuesday.
