SAINT LIBORY, Neb. (KSNB) - Helgoth’s Pumpkin Patch opened up Saturday morning. The third generational-ran agricultural business had all the activities set up for families to enjoy.
Owner Shelly Helgoth says lots of family members have been helping all throughout the week to make sure things run smoothly this season.
“They all have a part in helping out, there is still two farmers that have a part on a daily basis without them it would be very difficult,” Helgoth said. “Pumpkins make people smile. It’s just something I love doing for the kids and the families to make memories, traditions. "
They also added a few new things this year.
“We always try to improve. We added some new foot soccer ball and pool ball with soccer balls,” Helgoth said. “We improved the ziplines and added a third one and a tug-of-war, just fun games.”
