Two injured in Hall Co. rollover crash

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - Two people were injured after a rollover crash in Hall County early Monday morning.

According to the Hall County Sheriff’s Department Captain T.J. Arends, the accident happened at 1:42 a.m. near the intersection of Airport Rd. and St. Paul Rd.

Arends said the 26-year-old driver lost control of a white Jeep Gladiator and hit a culvert before rolling over. The driver and a 27-year-old passenger were not wearing seatbelts, were ejected from the car and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver was cited for DUI, Carless Driving, Open Container and Possession of Marijuana.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Grand Island Police Department and Grand Island Fire and Rescue during the crash.
