Alicia Naspretto joined the KSNB Local4 News Team in May 2019 as a reporter in the Grand Island newsroom.
Alicia has experience working in news all over the country. Starting with internships covering art and education in Florida to reporting in the great outdoors in Upper Michigan, she now works hard to tell the stories of our Grand Island residents.
Alicia is from Astoria, New York but was happy to trade in the subway for cornfields. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2016 with a Bachelors in Culture and Media Communications and a minor in American Sign Language. Learning new languages, new cultures and traveling are a few of her non-news passions. She is also overly obsessed with her husky, Cannoli.
Her goal is to visit all 50 states and she only has 14 left to go. She's also been to 8 countries between North America, Africa and Europe. Another travel goal for her is to visit at least one country on each continent.
She hopes to work her way up to a network position as an international correspondent. She also dreams of adopting several more shelter dogs in the future.
