Cocaine, pot found during traffic stop in Seward County

Authorities in Seward County arrested a Lincoln man and seized approximately 3.5 pounds of cocaine, 15 pounds of marijuana, and 110 vials of THC oil on Tuesday.

According to the Seward County Sheriff's Office, a traffic stop occurred around 1:25 p.m., when a Chevy Impala was observed following too closely. During the traffic stop, a captain on the scene noticed several indicators of criminal activity, authorities said.

The Seward County K-9 was then deployed.

During the vehicle search, 3.5 pounds of cocaine, 15 pounds of hydro marijuana, and 110 vials of hashish oil were discovered.

The street value is estimated at approximately $150,000, according to authorities.

The driver, Corey L. Walker, 37, of Lincoln, was arrested for possession of cocaine with the intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, possession of liquid THC, possession of marijuana more than a pound, and no drug tax stamp.
