HASTINGS, Neb. -- (KSNB) An autopsy done on the body of a Doniphan child who died last Thursday indicated that the boy died from natural causes and not the flu.

The Adams County Attorney's Office said the three-year-old-boy died at Mary Lanning Hospital January 17. At the time officials suspected his death was related to the flu.

An autopsy was performed Saturday. The Adams county attorney said the boy died of natural causes related to a "physical anomaly."
