Former President George H.W. Bush's locomotive to be displayed in Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. — Union Pacific No. 4141, the train that carried former President George H.W. Bush from Spring, Texas to College Station, Texas to be buried, will be making a stop in Omaha.

The train will be temporarily displayed and open to the public on Sunday.

The special train and the Council Bluffs car will be displayed at Home Plate, located at 1001 N. 11th St. next to T.D. Ameritrade Park.

The gates will open at 1:30 p.m. and the locomotive and car will arrive at 2 p.m. Gates will close at 5 p.m.

After the public viewing, the locomotive and car will remain on display behind locked gates until noon on Wednesday.
