As always at the Salvation Army, there is no admission charge, however they will accept goodwill donations to be forwarded to the band to help pay their expenses.

This is a return engagement for this band as they played to a warm reception in Hastings almost two years ago.

Major Dale Brandenburg from the Salvation Army says they enjoy bringing this entertainment to town.

"Luckily, my wife and I know a lot of gospel artists, and if they are going to be somewhat close, they call," said Brandenburg.

"They call and say, 'Hey, we're going to be n the area and we've got an open night. Can we stop by?'

Brandenburg also reports that they are continuing to accept donations as part of their holiday fund raising drive. He says they are about $10-thousand short of their goal, but his confident they will get there by the end of the month.
