SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. - (KNEP) - A Scottsbluff man is $20,000 richer after playing a Nebraska Lottery scratch off.

Jonathan Carlson purchased the winning ticket at the Git ‘N Split on West 27th Street in Scottsbluff and claimed his prize on December 30th. He says he has won a few big prizes while playing scratch tickets since they have been offered, but has never won the top prize.

For Carlson, playing scratch tickets relaxes him after work and he plays them quite often. He plans on using the money to repair and remodel his home.

The Golden Cherry Multiplier offers players a chance to win anything from $30 to $20,000. The chances of winning $50,000 on the game are one in 52,500 while the odds of winning any prize are one in 2.93.
