Grand Island named 15th least active city in the U.S.

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- According to the Nielsen Company, Grand Island is one of the least active cities in the U.S.

The alarming report ranked Grand Island the 15th least active city. The study measured a variety of variables, but the most important were the percentage of the population that wasn't physically active in the past month, percent not engaged in at least 2.5 hours of aerobic activity per week and percent not participating in muscle strengthening exercises more than twice per week.
