GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A Grand Island teen is out of a television after a group of kids offered to help him carry it home.

Grand Island Police said a 13-year-old boy was walking home from Walnut Middle School with a TV he had won at a school event on Thursday. He said three juveniles, two boys and one girl, offered to help him get his prize home.

That's when police said the teens, all 13, wrestled the television away from the boy and took off with it.

The three juveniles have been identified and charged but are not cooperating with police to locate the stolen TV.
