Grand Island's State of the City happening Thursday
People in Grand Island are invited to attend the 4th annual State of the City address happening Thursday.
It's being put on by the Grand Island Young Professionals.
Presentations will be made by four community leaders from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Bosselman Enterprise at 1607 S Locust Street Ste A.
Those speaking will be:
- Roger Steele, Mayor
- Tawana Grover, Grand Island Public Schools Superintendent
- Mike Olson, executive director of the Central Nebraska Regional Airport
- Lyndon Vogt, manager of the Central Platte Natural Resource District
The four community leaders will give an overview of what things are planned for 2020.
All are welcomed to attend.
