Although the Hastings Parks and Recreation Department has canceled their traditional Easter egg hunt, they've come up with an alternative way to keep up the fun.
They're encouraging residents to participate in the "Social Distancing Easter Egg Hunt.," which has already started.
You can create colorful eggs out of paper, or even draw them on a sidewalk. The goal is to display them in a place where everyone can see them.
When you spot the eggs, you can snap a photo and post it to the Hastings Parks and Rec Department's Facebook page.
Hint: You can find one outside the Hastings Parks and Rec Department.
