Snowy Sunday to make way for a sunny week
Snow should be light enough that amounts may only be in the 1 to 4 inch range. Winds won't be strong enough to cause much of a blowing snow issue.
Temperatures on Sunday will remain chill with highs ranging from the mid 20s east to the mid 30s west.
Monday will see decreasing clouds or increasing sunshine as the weekend storm system departs the area. Highs will return to the 30s for pretty much everybody with the coolest temperatures to the east.
This will be a quiet period of weather with more near to above average temperatures expected. Tuesday will be sunny with highs mostly in the mid to upper 30s.
Wednesday will again be fairly sunny. Warmer temperatures are expected with highs in the 40s. The coolest temperatures will be to the east and also for any areas with some decent amounts of snow left on the ground. The warmest temperatures will be in the west.
Thursday may be slightly cooler as a few more clouds return to the area. We'll see highs in the upper 30s and lower 40s.
