Memories are being made at the Nebraska State Fair and Grand Island Tourism wants to help people share them with friends and family back home.
They printed thousands of Grand Island postcards then partnered with the United States Post Office to send them out free of charge.
People can mail as many as they would like to anywhere in the country. Each card comes with a 150th state fair celebratory stamp.
"Mail to me is great. We're so lacking in our fun mail," Gina Geiser - Fousea, a Supervisor with the United States Postal Service, said. "We get a lot of bills and a lot of stuff in the mail that we really don't want, so anytime you can help someone send a memory and have some fun mail to put a smile on their faces is pretty cool."
The booth is set up inside the Nebraska building and will be there for the rest of the fair.
