Suspect in Hansen murder case pleads guilty to misdemeanor charge
Another one of the people charged in connection to the Jose Hansen murder case appeared in court. Katherine Creigh pleaded guilty to her reduced charge of a class one misdemeanor for obstructing government operations.
She previously was charged with being an accessory to a felony. It was reduced as part of a plea deal she made with the state to cooperate with law enforcement and testify in the daniel harden trial.
She could face up to a year in prison or a $1000 fine, or a mix of both. Creigh will be sentenced on January 8 in Adams County Court.
