Three arrested after LSD, meth, heroine found during traffic stop

YORK COUNTY – The York County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people after LSD, pills, methamphetamine, and heroin was found during a traffic stop.

According to the sheriff’s office, on February 7, a deputy pulled over a vehicle westbound on I-80 near Mile Marker 350.

Authorities said a deputy smelled marijuana from inside the vehicle, and a hypodermic needle was observed in plain sight.

After a search of the vehicle, a half ounce of heroine, a half ounce of meth, multiple doses of LSD, oxycontin pills, a meth pipe made out of a baby bottle, and a loaded handgun were found.

The driver, Robert Palmer of Indiana, was arrested for driving under suspension.

Two passengers, Steven Hook Jr. and Margaret Sells, of Indiana, were arrested on multiple drug-related charges.
